Meanwhile, a new process for producing wheat flour foods was built to lay another foundation for improving the people's standard of living.

An inauguration ceremony took place on the spot on Monday.

Present there were Ri Yong Chol, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, Kim Chol U, secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, working people of Sinuiju City and employees of the factory.
