Russia's Maritime Territorial Delegation Arrives in Pyongyang

| Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Maritime Territory of the Russian Federation led by Oleg Kozhemyako, governor of the Maritime Territory Administration, arrived here on December 11. Vice-Minister of External Economic Relations Ji Kyong Su and officials concerned of the DPRK and Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Vladimir Topeha and staff members of the Russian embassy here greeted the delegation at Pyongyang International Airport. The DPRK Ministry of External Economic Relations hosted a reception at the Pyongyang Koryo Hotel in welcome of the delegation that evening. |
