The dwelling houses, built in a cozy and peculiar way in the seat of the Janggyo Farm and the villages of the crop raising workteams Nos. 3, 4 and 5 in Kangnam County, are fruition of the unshakable will and boundless love of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) to provide the agricultural workers with a more affluent and civilized living environment.

A ceremony for moving into new houses took place on the spot on December 12.

Present there were Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the WPK, and officials of the Party and government organs, builders and agricultural workers in Kangnam County.

Choe Hui Thae, chairman of the Pyongyang Municipal People's Committee, made a congratulatory speech.

Licenses for the use of houses were handed over and speeches were made.

Then, dancing parties were displayed in the rural villages. And officials visited the houses to give their owners daily necessities and share joy with them.
