Officials in the agricultural field worked out a scientific farming plan and push ahead with its implementation.

The provincial rural economy committee has made a correct analysis of the overall situation of farms in cities and counties and the experience and lessons learned from this year's farming. And it organized a special technical course for farming preparations and is channeling efforts into giving proper technical guidance in order to push ahead with plowing paddy and dry fields, repairing farm machines, producing self-sufficient fertilizer and securing materials for seedbeds as planned.

All the farms in the province have set goals to finish the production of materials needed for next year's farming mainly within this year, and have given precedence to securing materials for seedbeds and repairing tractors and various kinds of farm machines.
