The club, built in a scenic spot of Sinuiju City, has all conditions and environment necessary for riding and education, including riding courses, riding ground and training ground.

An inauguration ceremony took place on December 13.

Present there were Sin Tong Chol, secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders, employees of the riding club and working people in Sinuiju City.

Ri Yong Chol, chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, made an inauguration address.
