The WPK Central Committee warmly congratulates the 21st Congress of the URP and, through the congress, extends warm greetings to the leadership of the URP and all its members, the message said.

The message expressed conviction that the congress would be a significant meeting, an occasion of important significance in the URP's activities for realizing President Putin's plan for building powerful Russia.

Expressing the expectation that the good-neighborly relations between the two parties would make a positive contribution to developing the traditional and strategic DPRK-Russia relations of friendship and cooperation onto a new high stage through the implementation of the historic agreement made at the DPRK-Russia Vostochny Summit, the WPK Central Committee in the message wished the URP great success in the work of its congress.
