A meeting of presenting "Sonyon" (child) buses provided by schoolchildren took place in the courtyard of the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace on December 15.

Present there were Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Ri Tu Song, department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, officials of the youth league and schoolchildren in Pyongyang Municipality.

Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, made an address.

A certificate of presentation was handed over to an official in the field of passenger service in Pyongyang.

Then followed speeches.

At the end of the meeting, "Sonyon" buses left amid the warm send-off by schoolchildren.
