They bagged 26 gold medals, 10 silver medals and 4 bronze medals, 40 medals in total, in the games held in Doha of Qatar from Dec. 4 to 14. The DPRK came first in country and regional standings and won the men's and women's team cups.

They were greeted by Kim Il Guk, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, officials concerned and their families at Pyongyang Railway Station on Tuesday.

Sportspersons presented garlands and bouquets to the players and coaches, congratulating them on their successful matches.
