Choe Chang Hak conveyed a decree of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK on awarding People's Prize to the main sculpture "Victory" in the Monument to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War and awarded the prize.

The main sculpture "Victory" shining with golden letters "Respects to the Great Years" is a grand monument symbolizing the proud victory won by the army and people of the DPRK in the confrontation with imperialism, under the outstanding leadership of President Kim Il Sung, and their matchless heroism and it represents the strong spirit of the heroic country and heroic people who are winning only victories through decades and centuries.

Kim In Bom, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of the Unions of Art and Literature of Korea, made a report at the seminar on the Juche-oriented idea of literature and art associated with the main sculpture "Victory", a People's Prize winner highly appreciated by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

The reporter said that the sculpture "Victory" is a world-class monument telling forever the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who won a great victory in the confrontation with the imperialists and the U.S. unprecedented in history century after century.

He said that the sculpture "Victory" was erected as a national treasure perfect in ideological content and the formative arts, thanks to the peerlessly great men's Juche-oriented idea of literature and art and their energetic guidance.
