G7 Is Club of Bandits: KCNA Commentary
Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- The "Group of Seven" (G7), which has come under worldwide criticism as an exclusive group disturbing international peace and the independent development of other countries at the instigation of the U.S., is going to commit robbery in broad daylight.

British media recently reported that G7 seeks a way of using Russia's overseas assets for military aid to Ukraine.

G7, which has clamored for "freezing Russia's financial assets", reportedly discussed in detail the issue of using Russia's frozen assets, including the funds of the Russian Central Bank in foreign banks, for supporting Ukraine.

G7, unbecoming to its spurious title "rich club" of the old "nobles", has gone so impudent as to seize other's assets. This seemingly provokes sympathy rather than anger.

It is well known to the world that G7 members and other Western countries have offered weapons and funds to the Zelenskiy clique of Ukraine and encouraged its military confrontation with Russia.

But the situation of battlefields in Ukraine is contrary to the expectations of the U.S. and other Western countries hoping to see "isolated and weakened" Russia.

The Ukrainian forces' rash "counterattack" has encountered Russian forces' proactive special military operations, ending in huge loss of personnel and combat equipment.

Worse still, Western countries, which styled themselves Ukraine's "reliable" rear, change tack to withdraw from their bottomless support for Ukraine, stunned by Russia's great might and strategic potentials and Ukraine's huge debts. This drives the Zelenskiy regime into a tight corner.

The U.S., the boss of G7, finds itself being unable to seek a new way of supporting Ukraine and remaining aid funds will reportedly run out within this year.

Nevertheless, G7 and other Western "colleagues" of Zelenskiy, repeat empty promises, saying "we will be with you" and "you do not give up hope in the fight against Russia."

Now there is a widespread public opinion that Ukraine will completely collapse next summer if Western support is ceased.

The way out G7 has just found against this backdrop is to seize other's assets and offer them to its cannon fodders.

It is G7's intention to transfer the frozen funds of the Russian Central Bank to Ukraine, a proxy war victim saddled with huge debts, to help it "purchase" weapons from Western countries and continue its proxy war with Russia.

Withdrawing its troops from Afghanistan a few years ago, the U.S. had used even a handful of frozen assets of Afghanistan for the settlement of its domestic problems. No wonder, G7 is led by the U.S. ill-famed for such "deed," and it is no exaggeration to say that G7 just exists on robbery.

The "prominent noble group", the "rich club", which has fattened itself up through interference, pressure, aggression and plunder of other countries, has found itself in such a poor position as unhesitatingly committing such evil deeds as "banditry".

The international community loving justice and truth will never tolerate the illegal high-handed and arbitrary practices of the U.S.-led gangster-like group.
