The construction of a modern provincial tree nursery with enough material and technical foundations for putting the sapling production on a scientific, industrial and intensive basis will help further accelerate the work for covering the province with trees and flowers.

An inaugural ceremony took place on the spot on December 23.

Present there were Pak Thae Dok, chief secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials and builders in the province and employees of the tree nursery.

Kim Yong Chol, chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, made an inaugural address.
