The tree nursery has greenhouses with plastic sheets, outdoor cultivation ground and all other processes for substrate production, seed selection and sowing.

Its completion provides another solid material and technical foundation for successfully implementing the Workers' Party of Korea's policy on land management by producing many saplings of good species.

An inaugural ceremony took place on Monday.

Present there were Wi Chol Su, secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials and researchers in the field of forestry in the province and employees of the tree nursery.

Jang Sung Sop, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, made an inaugural address.
