The open-air ice rink built outside the Ice Rink makes the citizens, youth and students spend more pleasant time.

The ice rink has protective walls and chairs for the safety and convenience of children and working people and all other service facilities including a skate lending room and a skate repair room.

The ice rink is open mainly in the evening time, and skates and slides will be served according to weather conditions.

The ice rink started service on December 27.
