The construction of the factory capable of producing various kinds of school uniforms made it possible to supply school uniforms to the students in South Hwanghae Province on a regular basis.

An inauguration ceremony took place on the spot on December 31 last year.

Present there were Pak Yun Chol, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, officials and employees of the factory and builders.

Jo Song Ho, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, made an inauguration address.

After the ceremony, the participants looked round the factory.
