Blasting Conducted at Sunchon Limestone Mine

| Pyongyang, January 6 (KCNA) -- On Jan. 5, the workers of the Sunchon Limestone Mine of the DPRK succeeded in blasting 200,000 cubic meters of earth in hearty response to the resolutions of the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. The successful blasting made it possible to produce enough main raw materials for cement to be sent to major grand construction sites. The officials and workers at the mine are concentrating their efforts and means on conveying ores. |
