The premier said that the machine-building units across the country should produce more high-performance farm machines and send them to the countryside and the farms should properly overhaul farming equipment and decisively raise the proportion of mechanization in farming. A field consultative meeting discussed the issues arising in raising good crops this year, including the issue of consistently pushing ahead with the work for perfecting the irrigation system and the issue of fully securing various farming materials. |
