It is a huge project for building more than 110 objects with a total floor space of hundreds of thousands of square meters, establishing a paper production process with capacity of tens of thousands of tons and a process for producing goods with lyocell fibre, etc.

Thanks to the high enthusiasm and persevering power of execution of officials at the Cabinet, the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and many other units, builders and scientists, the project for construction of facilities, the installation of paper-machines, the test production of lyocell fibre and others are going on in three dimensions and on a full scale from the beginning of the year.
