Noting that Comrade Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, specified the orientation of the future struggle at the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK, the chairman of the National Salvation Front of Russia in a statement said:

Comrade Kim Jong Un deeply analyzed the great geopolitical change in the international political landscape and balance of forces in 2023, the main features of the present international situation and the external environment of the Korean peninsula region.

He clarified that it is a mistake not to make any longer to regard south Korea, which is nothing but a colonial vassal state of the U.S., as the partner for reconciliation and reunification, and the north-south relations have been completely fixed as the relations between the two states hostile to each other.

Therefore, he called on the armed forces of the DPRK to prepare for toughly countering any threat of aggression by the hostile forces.

The chairman and the international secretary of the Finnish Communists' League in a joint statement said that the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK adopted an important resolution on the foreign policy of the DPRK, adding that the relations between the DPRK and socialist countries and anti-imperialist independent states would develop along with the strengthened anti-imperialist cooperation and that the anti-imperialist struggle is steadily intensifying.

They expressed full support for the conclusion made by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un at the plenary meeting.

The Vienna Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in Austria and the Society for the Promotion of the Relations between Austria and the DPRK in their statements expressed conviction that the Korean people would bring about greater development this year under the guidance of H.E. Kim Jong Un, hoping that the Korean people would surely attain the goals set by the plenary meeting.
