Leading newspapers of the DPRK say in their editorials Wednesday that the policy speech of the General Secretary serves as immortal guidelines for practically and strongly propelling the comprehensive development and prosperity of the country.

His historic policy speech, which indicated the correct path and ways of implementation for successfully and surely realizing the ideal pursued as a faith generation after generation in the arduous protracted struggle, greatly excites all the people, evoking a lively response, says Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in its editorial.

At the 10th Session of the 14th SPA the respected General Secretary comprehensively put forward the major agenda of the session discussing the state affairs in the new year, important tasks to be fulfilled by the government of the Republic to make a series of revolutions and changes in a three-dimensional and offensive way, and the principled issues to be adhered to in carrying them out.

As the fundamental guidelines, to be firmly held fast to and thoroughly observed in perfectly implementing all the Party resolutions, regarding them as lifeblood in all state affairs, were provided, our government and people will write the sacred history of the development of their Republic with more sure and revolutionary successes.

The policy speech of the respected General Secretary is a great practical program for bringing about revolutions and changes in all fields of socialist construction and in the improvement of the people's living standard through a continued struggle oriented to attainment of greater successes.
