One day in January Juche 104 (2015), the General Secretary visited the factory.

Making rounds of the exhibition hall of goods, an injection-molded shoes production shop and a sewing shop, he familiarized himself with the production of shoes and management practices in detail and said that the factory plays an important role in developing the country's shoes industry.

Stressing the need to remodel the factory as required by the new century, he promised that the Workers' Party of Korea would solve every problem.

Afterwards, he oversaw every layout of a building to be newly put up and gave scores of instructions concerning the issues of manpower and building materials while energetically guiding the project of upgrading the factory.

Thanks to his leadership, the factory turned into a modern and large-capacity shoes producer capable of producing one million and hundreds of thousands of pairs of sports shoes every year. It has an energy-efficient integrated production system for monitoring and controlling production and operation of equipment in real time so that the optimization of production and quality was realized.

At present, the officials and employees of the factory dedicate their wisdom and passion to make their products enjoyable and world-famous.
