The provincial Party committee is building up powerful commanding forces and establishing a well-regulated work system and, at the same time, finding ways to normalize the production at the regional industrial factories to be newly built, including the creation and expansion of raw material bases and training of skilled workers.

Officials of power organs, administrative and economic bodies in the province, too, are making preparations for building up the designing forces and selecting sites on the basis of a survey of the true state of regional industry in cities and counties.

Jaeryong and Unchon counties are directing efforts to setting production capacities and indices in consideration of the size, population and development of regions as modern regional industrial factories are to be built.

The plans for selecting the sites of factories and creating raw material bases in the areas favorable for the supply of production-consuming ties and transport are being detailed amid the intensified collective discussion.

The issue of training technicians and skilled workers needed for operation to revitalize production at the new regional industrial factories and other issues arising in accelerating the relevant preparations are under discussion and relevant measures are being taken.
