Ryanggang Province is concentrating efforts on securing timber and steel needed for the construction of Hyesan Teacher Training College.

North Phyongan, South Hamgyong, North Hamgyong and Jagang provinces have pushed ahead with the construction of educational institutions including universities of education and teacher training colleges and directed efforts to securing materials in order to push ahead with the projects from spring.

Meanwhile, the construction of the Central Retraining Institute and a comprehensive Educational Apparatus Factory is being accelerated.
