The competition was held divided into the sector of ministries and national institutions, the sector of the Guidance Bureau of Public Catering Service, the public catering sector in Pyongyang Municipality and provinces (municipalities), the sector of the external service and the sector of housewives. There took place a technical contest, demonstration, special skills contest and famous dishes exhibition.
