The chairperson of the Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party of Romania, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico and the chairman of the Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan-African Movement praised Kim Jong Il as the great master of politics who built the Workers' Party of Korea into the most dignified and prestigious ever-victorious and iron-willed party in the world.

The general secretary of the Communist Party of DR Congo, the chairperson of the Belarusian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the chairperson of the Pakistan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee noted that Kim Jong Il reliably defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country and socialism of Juche and ensured global peace and security despite the anti-DPRK moves by the imperialist reactionary forces, adding this is an epochal miracle that could be made only by the illustrious man for the century.

The chairperson of the Hungarian Workers' Party, the national chairperson of the People's Progressive Party of Nigeria and the secretary general of the Indian Society for Juche Idea-Self-Reliance Studies said that history knows no such people's leader and benevolent father as HE Kim Jong Il, who made devoted efforts on board of the people-bound train day and night during the whole period of his revolutionary leadership.

The chairperson of the Permanent Standing Committee of the Belarus National Association of Friends of Korean People Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the general secretary of the Movement for Peace and Socialism of Italy and the general secretary of the Communist Party of Mauritius affirmed that the revolutionary history of the great HE Kim Jong Il will go on forever along with the advance and development of socialist Korea.
