Divided into 7 panels, including a machine and transport panel, an IT and communication panel and a metal and chemical panel, the festival was held in the forms of presentation of sci-tech successes, exhibition contest among units and exchange of new technologies.

On display there were more than 190 successes whose scientific accuracy and effectiveness have been guaranteed and which have been proved effective in practice.

The visitors were interested in the introduction of advanced technology into the production of a large compressor, and in the building of process for the production of pig iron by an energy-saving oxygen heat blast furnace.
