The charge d'affaires ad interim of the DPRK embassy and its members were on hand.

Speeches were made at the reception.

Meanwhile, the External Affairs Commission of the C.C., CPV, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the News Agency of Vietnam sent floral baskets to the DPRK embassy on the same day.
