The province has given precedence to political guidance so that cities and counties direct primary attention to training technicians and skilled workers needed for the operation of regional-industry factories in a far-sighted way.

Its non-permanent committee for promoting the Regional Development 20×10 Policy has taken practical steps to train skilled workers while giving detailed assignments to each section.
