Cement Production Goes Up in DPRK
Pyongyang, March 6 (KCNA) -- The Sangwon Cement Complex in the DPRK makes signal success in the production of cement necessary for the construction of regional-industry factories, true to the resolution of the 19th Enlarged Meeting of the Political Bureau of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Its calcinating shop took technical measures to raise the operation rate of kiln and has raised the role of skilled workers to produce high-quality clinker.

Workers of the cement shop have boosted the daily output by making positive use of rational working methods and checking and repairing equipment in a responsible manner.

The raw material and powdered coal workshops have increased the operation rate of grinding equipment, contributing to the fulfillment of plan.

Officials and workers of the Sangwon Limestone Mine, Samchong Mine, Hwachon Coal Mine, etc. raised the operation rate of mining equipment and vehicles by tapping internal reserves and potentialities. By doing so, they have carried out their daily plans without fail.

The cement output is increasing with each passing day, thanks to the efforts of officials and workers at the Complex out in the drive for thoroughly implementing the Regional Development 20×10 Policy.
