Present there were personages of political parties, governments, organizations and institutions, including the External Affairs Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Foreign Ministry and the federation of the Vietnamese friendship organizations, the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association, the Lan Son Provincial People's Committee, and the charge d'affaires ad interim and members of the DPRK embassy in Vietnam.

The participants laid a floral basket and made a bow before the photo of President Kim Il Sung meeting with President Ho Chi Minh displayed in the exhibition hall housing the historic mementoes associated with the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un's visit to Vietnam before seeing around the exhibition hall.

Speeches were made at the round-table talks.

Officials of the Foreign Ministry and the Lan Son Provincial People's Committee of Vietnam stressed that the friendly relations between the two parties and two countries, established by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung, have developed at a higher stage, thanks to the respected General Secretary's visit to Vietnam, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between Vietnam and the DPRK would grow stronger.

Meanwhile, a photo exhibition and friendship meeting took place between February 29 and March 4 on the same occasion.
