The provinces are making preparations for the construction of instant noodle factories with the main emphasis put on deciding their site and production capacity in conformity with the regional characteristics and population and strengthening the three-party agreement system between design, construction and operation units.

They are focusing efforts on the work for selecting the site of factories in places with suitable conditions for the operation, including supply of electricity, industrial water and transport.

Meanwhile, they simultaneously push ahead with the work for mobilizing the construction forces in conformity with the actual conditions and preparing equipment and tools.

The South Hamgyong Provincial People’s Committee is urging the officials in charge of design to make out an optimum design for the factory in a short span of time.

The South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee is directing efforts to drawing up a plan on the basis of considering each city's planned and constructional characteristics in confirming the plottage of the factory.

At the same time, it also pays attention to mapping out the factory's capacity-level plan of saving land and energy in a rational way and building structures in a way of ensuring good lightening and air-conditioning.

Other provinces, too, make good preparations for building instant noodle factories on a high level.
