Jungphyong and Ryonpho greenhouse farms boost the production of vegetables.

The farms have produced a large amount of vegetables including cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbages and radishes and sent them to the people of North and South Hamgyong provinces.

Agricultural workers in Pyongyang Municipality, Sukchon County and Anju City of South Phyongan Province and Nampho and Kaesong municipalities are registering successes in the greenhouse vegetable production through the cultivation of high-yielding and nutritious vegetables by improving their growth condition and taking measures to prevent damage by harmful insects.
