Delegation of Ministry of Culture of Russian Federation Arrives Here

| Pyongyang, March 19 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation arrived here on Monday to visit the DPRK at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture of the DPRK on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the conclusion of the agreement on economic and cultural cooperation between the DPRK and Russia. The delegation headed by Andrei Maluishev, vice-minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, includes the art troupe of the Maritime Territory Branch of the Mariinsky Theatre. Pak Kyong Chol, vice-minister of Culture of the DPRK, officials concerned, Vladimir Topeha, minister-councilor of the Russian embassy in Pyongyang, and members of his embassy greeted the delegation at Pyongyang International Airport. The head of the delegation was presented with a bouquet by a woman artiste. The Ministry of Culture of the DPRK hosted a reception at Yanggakdo International Hotel that evening in welcome of the Russian art missions. |
