The non-permanent central committee has conducted organizational and political work to encourage all officials to display high responsibility in the perfect implementation of the Regional Development 20×10 Policy.

It is also taking practical measures to fully produce and supply building materials in close cooperation with the Cabinet and commissions, ministries and national agencies including the State Planning Commission, the Ministry of Construction and Building-Materials Industry, the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry.

While strengthening the cooperation between sections with one another, it has made sure that officials were dispatched to the spot to learn about the problems arising in receiving and supplying in advance building materials and increasing the transport by freight cars, trucks and cargo ships.

Officials and workers across the country are carrying out their tasks without fail, displaying patriotic devotion.

The non-permanent central committee is directing efforts to finishing the foundation work and the manufacture of equipment for regional-industry factories and creating raw material bases and securing raw materials in cities and counties.
