The Agricultural Commission organized a technical workshop for rice-seed sowing at the Sinchang Farm in Unchon County and informed all provincial rural economy committees of the sci-tech contents related to rice seeding. And it has carried on the guidance to ensure that cities and counties and farms push ahead with sowing as planned.

Agricultural workers in Unchon, Samchon and Thaethan counties of South Hwanghae Province are now disinfecting seeds in a scientific and technological way with full preparations.

Cities and counties of South Phyongan Province provided enough humus and seedbed materials and are carrying out the sowing in a responsible manner.
