The ministry urged the team for promoting the policy, composed of able officials at the ministry, to further enhance its role in attaining the phased goals one by one.

The promotion team completed the second-stage technical assignment for factories and enterprises, including foodstuff and daily necessities factories, in conformity with different conditions and characteristics of each province, city and county. And it is making sure that each province pushes ahead with the preparations for operation of to-be-built regional-industry factories in a planned way.
