The program, which has been further perfected this year with the addition and updating of various functions, includes the function of reading data on crop growth forecast, the function of reading the measures for farming in different seasons, the function of questioning and answering service and the function of exchanging information on farming materials.

With a smart phone, they can directly see the data on crop growth forecast, advanced farming techniques and experience in the fields and immediately take measures for the problems arising in manuring and cultivating crops under the help of relevant experts.

Last year, researchers at the Agricultural IT Institute under the Academy of Agricultural Science in the DPRK and the North Hwanghae provincial telecommunication management bureau added the function of taking photos of the growth of crops with a smart phone and sending them with explanations, thus improving the efficiency of the questioning and answering service.

This year, a new function for users to directly select an expert in the relevant field is introduced to raise the attention of agricultural workers.
