Officials of the Agricultural Commission and provincial rural economy committees have made sure that cities, counties and farms step up the sowing as planned, taking into account the climatic conditions and the time of rice-transplanting in the relevant areas.

Agricultural workers in South Hwanghae Province and other regions have over-fulfilled their daily sowing plans while applying humus needed for the growth of rice seedlings and doing other farm work as required by technical regulations.

Thanks to their devoted efforts, the sowing has been carried out at 65 percent throughout the country.
