| Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- A delegation of officials of the DPRK Ministry of Education led by Minister Kim Sung Du returned home on April 13 after visiting Russia. It was greeted at Pyongyang International Airport by Ri Chang Sik, vice-minister of Education, and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK. |
