Present there were Secretary General Kenichi Ogami, Vice Director-General Matteo Carbonelli and directors of the IIJI and Pak Chol Jun, vice-chairman of the Korean Association of Social Scientists.

The meeting reviewed the results of the Juche idea study and dissemination on an international scale since the 21st meeting and discussed the future action program. And it decided on the issue of recall and by-election of some members of the IIJI Board of Directors.
