The demonstration underlined the issues arising in making full preparations for rice-transplanting such as growing rice seedlings and repairing farm machines and water pumps, as the rice-transplanting would start ten days earlier than the past, and in finishing the transplanting in the main areas in a short span of time.

In particular, it referred to the issue of ensuring the speed and quality of rice-transplanting by raising the utilization rate of farm machines and the issues of giving priority to the necessary processes including irrigation and harrowing and conducting management of rice-paddy irrigation and fertilizer application in a scientific way.
