The Songdowon General Foodstuff Factory boosts the production by learning after the spirit of the new era created by the workers of the Ryongsong Machine Complex as a textbook of struggle and motive power of advance.

In the flames of the movement to create model lathes following the example of Lathe No. 26, workers of the Wonsan Disabled Soldiers' Bag Factory have applied advanced machine operating method suited to the shape of bags to lower the standard of material consumption per unit.

The Wonsan Disabled Soldiers' Essential Plastic Goods Factory improved the performance of machines and took measures to operate them on a normal basis through a mass technical innovation movement, thus increasing the production of plastic pipes of different sizes.

Through the patriotic mass movement, workers of other units, too, have achieved successes in the production of consumer goods.

Meanwhile, the Kimhwa County Foodstuff Factory, the Ichon County Transmission and Distribution Station and many other units have conducted the work to share and transfer successes and experience in a methodological way, encouraging the mass movement to implement the decisions of the Ninth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
