The agricultural workers in the people's neighborhood units Nos. 15 and 21 in Jangchon-ri have established a civilized way of life and steadily raised the level of cultural consciousness, thus further improving the appearance of their village built under the loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The people's neighborhood units Nos. 23 and 24, too, are devoting their sincerity and patriotic efforts to sprucing up the villages.

The people's neighborhood units Nos. 4 and 12 and other units in Tapsang-ri won the title of model people's neighborhood units.

The number of model people's neighborhood units is increasing with each passing day thanks to the patriotic enthusiasm of agricultural workers who are building the countryside into a socialist paradise.
