Mun Chol warmly welcomed the Russian youth friendship delegation, and said that the friendship gathering would mark an important occasion in clearly demonstrating the solidarity and bonds between the youths of the two countries and comprehensively developing the mutual exchanges and cooperation.

The DPRK-Russia friendly and cooperative relations are now further developing under the deep friendship and special care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, he said, expressing full support and solidarity with the Russian people and youth in their struggle to defend the sovereign rights and dignity of the country and international justice.

Grigory Petushkov said that they could feel the true feelings of friendship of the Korean people and youth during the visit, adding that the eye-opening changes in the DPRK are unthinkable without the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
