A passing-on-technique course for dozens of workers selected from foodstuff factories in North and South Hamgyong, Jagang and Ryanggang provinces was organized at the Samjiyon Soybean Paste and Sauce Factory which was built in a modern way. The course helped those workers acquire standard operation method and the principle of operation of equipment according to the process. A general lecture on the production of basic foodstuffs was given during the course.
