Builders and working people in Sinwon County built single-storied, low-storied and terraced houses for hundreds of families and public livestock sheds and planted fruit trees and other trees of good species around the houses to add beauty to the villages.

A ceremony for moving into the new houses took place on the spot on Wednesday.

A congratulatory address and speeches were made at the ceremony attended by Kim Chol Bom, chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, Kim Chol Min, secretary of the provincial committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials, builders and working people in Sinwon County and agricultural workers to live in new houses.

Moving into new houses began in the villages amid the display of delightful peasants' music and dances.

Officials congratulated the owners of modern houses and shared joy with them.
