Present there were Yun Chang Il, chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials and employees of relevant units, disabled persons and their families and officials of the units which support disabled persons.

Speeches were made at the meeting.

Then followed a presentation of the achievements made by disabled persons and introduction of officials and working people who are taking parental care of them.

A video dealing with the successes made in the protection of the disabled in recent years was shown.

Meanwhile, a performance was given by members of the art group of the Korean Art Association of the Disabled at the North Phyongan Provincial Art Theatre in commemoration of the Day of Persons with Disabilities.
