Harvest of Wheat and Barley Mainly Concluded in South Hwanghae Province

| Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK has taken the lead in implementing the Workers' Party of Korea's policy on changing the structure of grain production. The province has mainly finished the harvest of wheat and barley in the areas increased over 1.3 times last year's, and it is expected that the average yield per hectare will increase 1.5 tons. Agricultural officials and workers in the province are pushing ahead with the harvesting and threshing of wheat and barley at the final stage. |
