| Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui sent a congratulatory message to Therese Kayikwamba Wagner on her appointment as minister of State and concurrently minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Francophone Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo on June 17. Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished her success in her new job. |
