To make a vigorous advance in the second half of the year is a worthwhile struggle to expand and develop the phase of comprehensive and radical development and the spirit of upturn of our state and hasten the realization of our people's cherished desire.

Only when all the tasks facing us this year are thoroughly carried out without any mistake and without any shortcomings, can the people's dream of living as the master of a powerful, highly-civilized and advanced country be translated into reality in the near future while demonstrating to the whole world the development capability and the accelerating force of the powerful country of Juche that are more powerful than any challenge and obstacle.

Everyone should live and struggle, full of faith and confidence that the idea, line and struggle strategy of the Party Central Committee are science and victory and that any tasks can be surely carried out despite manifold difficulties.
