Workers and technicians invented and manufactured jigs and equipment capable of ensuring the precision of products by their own efforts to improve the tractor's performance and put pipe-making, assembly and others on a scientific basis through three-dimensional designs.

Meanwhile, they have produced all sorts of accessories in a qualitative way by updating the starting gear and power-transmission device in a practical way and conducting the management of equipment and technical control in a responsible way and thus developed a tractor with improved performance.

The factory has increased the production while turning the technical innovation movement into the work for its employees and pushing ahead with the work to strengthen its material and technical foundations. In August alone, it produced tens of tractors and sent them to relevant units.
